We are a boutique practice specializing in pelvic floor therapy, prenatal/postpartum care, oncology support, and orthopedic conditions. What You’ll Do

  • Answer calls, texts, and emails from new and existing patients
  • Guide prospective patients through our services and help them schedule appointments
  • Manage scheduling and maintain an efficient, organized clinic flow
  • Follow up with leads and patient inquiries
  • Take payments and assist with front-end financial processes
  • Support marketing and community outreach efforts
  • Help maintain relationships with referral sources and local partners
  • Assist with events, workshops, and community initiatives
  • Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Manage inventory and assist with daily operations
  • Collaborate closely with the owners and clinical team

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, phone, email, and written)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable speaking with patients, providers, and community partners
  • Proficient with computers and Google Workspace
  • Minimum Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred)

Preferred Experience

  • Administrative or front desk experience
  • Healthcare or wellness setting
  • Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience (highly valued in our model)
  • Experience in marketing, community outreach, or referral relationship-building
  • Comfortable guiding conversations around services and pricing, and helping patients confidently move forward with care

Taylor Physical Therapy & Wellness is a growing women’s health and pelvic floor therapy practice in Winston-Salem, NC looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Content Coordinator to help us expand our educational content, social media presence, and community visibility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, video editing, wellness/healthcare marketing, and helping meaningful businesses grow.

Our clinic specializes in pelvic floor therapy, pregnancy and postpartum care, orthopedic and oncology care, massage therapy, and dry needling. We offer holistic care and are passionate about education, compassionate care, and creating a calm, welcoming experience for the women and families we serve.

We’re looking for someone who is:

This role will work closely with clinic leadership to turn ideas, patient education, events, and provider expertise into engaging content across multiple platforms.

Position Details

Part-time contractor (1099)

Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
  • Repurpose videos, educational discussions, FAQs, and clinic events into social posts, reels, blogs, emails, and short-form video content
  • Assist with growing our online presence and community engagement
  • Maintain a consistent visual and brand style across all platforms
  • Monitor and respond to social media DMs/comments and route inquiries appropriately
  • Help maintain and organize a content calendar

Video & Creative

  • Capture and edit short-form video content for reels and social media
  • Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva
  • Assist with photography/video during workshops, events, and clinic activities
  • Create flyers, referral materials, gift bag inserts, signage, and occasional promotional items

Website & SEO Support

  • Upload and format blog posts and new website pages in WordPress
  • Assist with SEO-oriented content updates and optimization
  • Help maintain website content and clinic service pages
  • Assist with local SEO efforts and Google Business Profile updates

Community & Referral Marketing Support

  • Help coordinate referral appreciation efforts and community partnerships
  • Assist with workshop/event promotion
  • Support outreach efforts with local businesses and healthcare providers

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with Canva, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Comfortable learning and updating content in WordPress
  • Ability to work independently and move projects forward without constant supervision
  • Strong writing instincts and attention to detail
  • Interest in wellness, healthcare, women’s health, fitness, or education is strongly preferred
  • Experience with content creation, social media, photography, video editing, or digital marketing preferred
