Prenatal Support

Pregnancy is such an exciting time for an expectant mother! It’s a time to celebrate your family growing as you prepare for the birth of your baby. However, many women find it difficult to fully experience this joy because they are suffering from pelvic pain, incontinence, or bowel changes.

Let our experienced therapists help you have the best possible pregnancy, offering relief from pelvic pain (back, hip, tailbone, pubic bone), urinary leaking, painful intimacy, and more.

Pregnancy Prep Program

A 3-visit program designed for expecting moms who want to prepare their pelvic floor for pregnancy and birth.

Birth Preparation Classes

These in-person "Push Prep" classes cover birth preparation (physically and emotionally), stages of labor, pushing mechanics, and postpartum recovery.

Prenatal Yoga

Our prenatal yoga classes are the perfect combination of energizing flow, gentle stretching, and quiet meditation to connect with the body and recharge mind. Offered in a 6 class series, classes are open to all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience.

Prenatal Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage helps to relieve muscle tension, improve mental health, and relieve muscle aches and joint pains. Prenatal massage has been shown to improve labor outcomes and overall maternal health.

Postpartum Support

We recommend our patients see us 4-6 weeks after delivery to have a thorough postpartum assessment for both vaginal and cesarean births. We can help with common postpartum issues such as diastasis recti, urinary issues, bowel issues, back pain, prolapse, and painful intercourse. Mothers want to feel great, be able to chase their little ones, and return to their exercise routines after delivery. Let us help you achieve your goals!

Postpartum Recovery Program

A 4-visit program providing comprehensive care for the entire year following birth. The goal is to ensure proper healing of the pelvic floor and diastasis while helping women to return to exercise, intimacy, and other activities.

Mommy and Me Yoga

Postpartum ("Mommy and Me") yoga classes are a great way to get back into exercise, stretch and strengthen the body, bond with baby, and meet other moms. Classes are offered in a 6 class series.

Lactation Consulting

We have partnered with Lollies Lactation to offer in-clinic lactation consulting services for our new moms.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage helps to relieve muscle tension, improve mental health, and relieve muscle aches and joint pains.
