A 3-visit program designed for expecting moms who want to prepare their pelvic floor for pregnancy and birth.
Group Birth Classes
This in-person "Push Prep" class covers birth preparation (physically and emotionally), stages of labor, pushing mechanics, and postpartum recovery.
