Rebuild strength, restore balance, and reconnect with your core and pelvic floor after birth.
Our postpartum yoga classes gently reintroduce movement, improve posture, and ease common postpartum discomforts such as back pain, tight hips, and fatigue. You’ll gain tools to feel supported as your body heals—whether you’re weeks or months postpartum.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just show up, or do I need to schedule in advance?
All of our yoga classes are drop-in friendly, so you’re welcome to come whenever it fits your schedule. However, class size is limited so we recommend viewing our class schedule and booking online in advance.
Can I join prenatal yoga if I’ve never done yoga before?
Absolutely. Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all levels. Each pose is adapted for pregnancy, with modifications for your comfort and safety.
When can I start postpartum yoga?
Most women can begin gentle postpartum yoga once cleared by their healthcare provider, typically around 4–6 weeks after birth. Classes are suitable whether you delivered vaginally or by cesarean.
Can I bring my baby to postpartum yoga?
For postpartum classes focused solely on mom, we recommend coming solo to allow you to rest and recharge. If you’d like to bring your baby, our Mommy & Me Yoga class is designed for exactly that—movement, bonding, and connection for both of you.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
We recommend bringing water and wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Mats and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
